Job Summary: We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join our team of community nurses. As a community nurse with Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Main ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes and in residential care homes
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care
- Contribute to the development of the community nursing service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care
Essential Criteria:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
- Education to degree level or equivalent
- Knowledge of long-term conditions and their management
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous community services experience
