Job Overview

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team as a Community Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our community members.

Main Duties of the Job

As a Community Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes and in residential care homes. You will work closely with our team to deliver compassionate care and support to our community members. Your duties will include:

  • Providing complex care for patients and support for family members
  • Delivering care as close to home as possible
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A full valid driving licence and access to a car for work
  • Registered General Nurse (adult) qualification
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Knowledge around long term conditions and their management
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development
