Key Responsibilities:
- Provide bespoke care and support to young people with complex needs
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve individualized care plans
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, families, and carers
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care pathways and protocols
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
We are looking for a Paediatric Community Nurse with:
Minimum 6 months' experience in the last 2 yearsRecent experience in suctioning, mechanical cough assist, care of gastrostomy, and change of gastrostomyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamFlexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekendsWhat We Offer:
