Key Responsibilities- Provide complex care to patients and support for family members

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full valid driving license and access to a car for work
- Registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with the NMC
- Education to degree level or equivalent
- Knowledge of long-term conditions and their management
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
