Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team.

As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales platforms and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This is a Part time position based in our office.

Duties;

  • Raising items for the website; names, titles, descriptions, sizing, barcodes and uploading photos for the products
  • Website work with product arrangement
- liaising and communicate daily with other teams and management; warehouse, buying, photography.

  • Creating collections for the website including vendors and tags.
  • Ensure all products adhere to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
  • Support the team in preparation for seasonal launches including; summaries of previous seasons sales and current seasons delivery performance.
  • Daily checks on sold out products. Updating and maintaining the daily sales and margin reports, identifying any anomalies and highlighting these to the team.
  • Utilise analytics tools to measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Experience
  • Previous experience working in ecommerce or a related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry and product information management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
