Position:

Assistant Watersports Instructor - Willen Lake

Salary:
From £10.90 per hour (Hourly rates reviewed annually in April)

Hours:
Zero hour, up to 31 October 2024

We are looking for Assistant Watersports Instructors to join our team.

You will support the instructor team with a variety of sessions, and (where permitted) you will lead your own sessions after in-house training.


As part of this role you will ensure all our visitors have a safe and memorable experience out on the water by delivering high quality sessions in line with both internal procedures and national governing body syllabuses.

The role will require working shifts across a 7-day operation, typically between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Working a minimum of one in two weekends, as well as some bank holidays should be expected.

Requirements:

We are looking for engaging individuals with a passion for watersports activities.


No qualifications are necessary for this role, but willingness to complete qualifications in the future would advantageous, as well as holding an RYA Powerboat Level 2 and/or first aid qualification.
