An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dietitian to join our team of Community Dietitians providing clinical services to adults in the London borough of Sutton.
We are looking for an enthusiastic dietitian to work as part of the team delivering nutrition and dietetic care and advice to adults in the areas of nutrition support, home enteral feeding, general outpatient clinics and dietetic services to adults with a learning disability.
You will be based with the Community Dietetic team and will receive professional support and supervision from the team leader.
We support student training by providing stage 1, 2 and 3 clinical placements.
The post holder will provide holistic and person centred care to all patients who access the service.
They will assess and treat patients with a range of nutrition related conditions in the own home, in care/residential or supported living home or in a clinic setting.
Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust provides a range of medical services to approximately 490,000 people living across southwest London and northeast Surrey.
In addition, we provide more specialist services, in particular renal and neonatal intensive care, to a wider area, covering parts of Sussex and Hampshire.
We serve an area that is rich in diversity, with a mix of urban and rural areas, and differing levels of quality of life.
Together with our colleagues at NHS Surrey and NHS Sutton and Merton, we work to make sure that we deliver the best possible care to the communities we serve.
