Archard Talent Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join their team in supporting young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in the local community.

The successful candidate will have a fun and happy outlook on life, with previous experience in care or a related field. They will be able to provide care with compassion and empathy, and have the right to work in the UK. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in their daily lives
  • Enable them to reclaim their lives, promote their independence, and develop and achieve their goals
  • Empower them to plan for their future and make informed decisions
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a wrap-around service that meets the individual needs of each client
