Join our team as a Campaign Manager

The Campaign Manager plays a key role in the successful execution of digital advertising campaigns for various agencies and brand clients. You will collaborate closely with both internal stakeholders (Account Strategists, Sales Managers, Client partners, and Customer Success Managers) and external partners (Media Agencies/Brand clients) to assist clients through all stages of campaign activation, from pre-launch to performance analysis.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide top-notch customer service and comprehensive support to our brands and agencies in partnership with the Account Strategist.
  • Educate Agencies/Brands on Criteo's cutting-edge technology across different channels and devices.
  • Optimize accounts to enhance advertiser performance and identify growth opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze a variety of performance metrics and KPIs to develop tailored solutions at a client level to ensure client objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with Account Strategists on reporting and account enhancements.
  • Provide technical guidance and implement ad campaigns aligning with clients' KPIs.
  • Proactively analyze, troubleshoot, and anticipate campaign trends and issues.
  • Utilize insights from diverse data sources to shape campaign strategies and recommendations.
  • Offer recommendations for cross-selling and upselling to support revenue growth and product expansion.
  • Create customized presentations for quarterly meetings and engage in data-driven internal reporting.
  • Contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives and administrative tasks critical for business growth.
  • Collaborate with teams for financial, technical, and product support.

Who You Are:

  • Experience in Campaign management within AdTech or Media Agency.
  • Knowledge of online ad serving concepts and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong technical writing skills to explain complex ideas in a clear manner.
  • Self-motivated with excellent customer service and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Skilled in working with various stakeholders and understanding client and team requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and demonstrate strong communication and upselling capabilities.
  • Creative mindset with innovative ideas and adaptability to achieve objectives.
  • Demonstrate self-leadership and alignment with team values and culture.
