Amnesty International UK is seeking a skilled Individual Giving Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Individual Giving Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering direct marketing campaigns to develop and engage new financial supporters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working across a range of channels, including telemarketing, email, and digital, to drive fundraising efforts and achieve our goal of delivering human rights impact.

You will collaborate with external agencies and other departments within the organization to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing direct marketing campaigns to engage new supporters
  • Working with fundraising agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and budget targets
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyzing statistical data to monitor and forecast fundraising performance
