About the Role

Morgan Law is seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Officer - Individual Giving Campaigns to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising department, you will be responsible for developing and executing individual giving campaigns to drive revenue growth and supporter acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Individual Giving Campaigns: Design and implement targeted campaigns to acquire new supporters and drive revenue growth through direct marketing acquisition activity.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Individual Giving Campaign Managers and other departments to develop recruitment strategies and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Manage Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital, social, and television fundraising campaigns, from briefing and execution to evaluation and insight.
  • Track and Report Campaign Performance: Maintain detailed records of campaign income and expenditure, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Develop and Manage Campaign Briefs: Create compelling campaign briefs that outline creative and operational requirements for digital, social, and DRTV channels.
  • Ensure Quality and Performance: Ensure that all campaigns are project managed to deliver high-quality, high-performance communications within budget and to agreed timeframes.
Working Arrangements
  • Hybrid Working: Work from our office 1-2 days per week, with flexible working arrangements to suit your needs.
  • 35 Hours per Week: Work a standard 35-hour week, with regular breaks and time off.
