About the Role

Human Appeal is a leading humanitarian aid organization that aims to eradicate poverty and promote sustainable development worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising and Development Officer to join our team in London.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to the Director of Fund Development, National Fundraising Manager, Regional Fundraising Managers, and Regional Community Fundraisers, including diary management, communications, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
  2. Financial Management: Manage records of all income and expenditure of the Fundraising team, maintain a regional income tracker, and measure performance.
  3. Fundraising Strategy: Contribute to the development, maintenance, and delivery of the charity's fundraising plan regionally and nationally.
  4. Communication: Act as a central point of contact for all departments and ensure smooth day-to-day operations and projects, providing confidential executive support.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative support role, e.g., Office Manager, PA, EA, or Department Coordinator.
  • Computer literate, particularly in MS Office Suite and Donor Management systems, e.g., Salesforce.
