About the Role:

Understanding Recruitment NFP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Officer to join our team. As a Fundraising Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the charity's biggest fundraising campaign annually, while being responsible for over 30 areas across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the charity's fundraising campaigns
  • Manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including donors, supporters, and partners
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet campaign targets
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new funding opportunities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of fundraising activities and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fundraising, administration, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience with Office 365 and customer-facing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
