  • With this role you will join the Digital Strategy, Insight & Experience practice within the DTC team.
This practice is responsible for leading our clients on a journey from insights to experience transformation and typically provides clients with the following services:
discovery, experience strategy & design, concept development, product management and experience measurement.
About the role

  • We are looking for an individual who brings the ability to engage with the business to gain a deep understanding of business, customer and organisational needs to codesign innovative solutions that deliver against key strategic objectives
    Required skills and experience
  • 5 years of experience in Customer Experience or Digital Transformation, understanding user needs and then developing solutions, products and services to meet these and link to broader outcomes
  • Familiar with Service Design, Design Thinking, Human Centred Design or similar techniques
  • Familiar with the endtoend design lifecycle (discovery, experience strategy & design, concept development, product management and experience measurement)
  • Experience undertaking quantitative and qualitative research
  • Ability to build relationships with client partners and users
  • Strong workshop design, stakeholder meeting and facilitation skills

Desired skills and experience

  • Understanding or previous experience using Government Digital Service (GDS)
  • Previous experience completing Service Design
  • Previous experience undertaking user research
