As a Senior Technical Consultant at Konversational, you'll lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow in a consulting environment, driving success for our clients.

Konversational is a boutique consultancy that delivers unparalleled customer experience expertise, helping brands accelerate their digital transformation through the ServiceNow platform.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record of implementing ServiceNow projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup, develop, configure, test, and manage all technical assets of ServiceNow implementations according to customer project plans and program requirements.
  • Develop extensive technical product expertise on ServiceNow solutions and capabilities, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all ServiceNow technical solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficient understanding of ServiceNow's Customer Service Management (CSM) products and services, as well as digital technologies.
  • Certified ITSM and/or CSM Implementation Specialist.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Development and/or consultancy experience with enterprise-level SaaS software solutions.
