Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a community nursing team, overseeing patient care in various community settings.
  • Manage the team's daily operations.
  • Promote teamwork within the broader Primary Health Care Team.

Education/Qualifications

Essential

  • RGN/RN with current registration.
  • Post-registration qualification in district nursing or equivalent.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional education and training at a degree level.
  • Qualification in team/service management or willingness to pursue it.
  • Mentor or practice-based learning training.
  • Community or Independent Nurse Prescribing qualification or willingness to work towards it.
