The Opportunity
We are in search of an HR Advisor to join our welcoming global HR team. This role offers a great chance for individuals to enhance their HR and/or L & D experience, working for an international tech company dedicated to combating climate change.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling general HR tasks related to contracts, benefits, and employee records
- Assisting and mentoring graduate engineers and contributing to soft skills training for graduate groups
- Occasional delivery of training sessions on topics like diversity and employee wellbeing
- Conducting new employee inductions
- Supporting and coaching line managers on issues regarding employee wellbeing and performance
- Researching and complying with employment regulations globally
- Contributing to HR projects to advance the HR strategy
The Candidate
We encourage applications from candidates who can demonstrate:
- Prior experience in an HR or L & D role, experience in technical or global organizations is a plus
- Effective time management skills with the ability to plan and organize tasks and projects
- Capability to build strong relationships and collaborate with team members and managers
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office
- An HR management qualification is desirable
