What Will You Be Doing?

As an Account Executive, you'll collaborate across teams to attract and onboard new clients to drive HiBob's expansion. You'll oversee the complete sales process, from prospecting to deal closure. Focused on mid-market clients, you'll engage with companies of varying sizes, with an average order value of $120k ARR.

  • Build and nurture business relationships to create new opportunities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Drive outbound activities to boost revenue
  • Manage the sales cycle end-to-end
  • Identify key decision-makers and assess their buying readiness
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and analyze data
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities

  • Demonstrated expertise in software SaaS outbound sales for mid-market clients
