Job Title: Associate Mid Market Account Executive

Monotype is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Mid Market Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Sub-100M space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify targeted leads and accounts to understand their needs and buying cycles.
  • Cold-call prospects generated from internal marketing programs or accounts identified for Inside Sales coverage.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales engagements to effectively communicate Monotype's value proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase potential add-on products and services.
  • Manage the sales pipeline through Monotype's sales tools (Salesforce) to accurately track customer data, business insights, and interactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Experience in opportunity qualification, sales calls, and prospect management.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and achieve defined goals.
  • Deal closing experience is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and French language.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage customers and build strong relationships.
  • Strong data analytics ability with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with high energy and drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work individually and within a team.
  • Experience with customer relationship management software (Salesforce) is desirable.
