Reporting into the Design and Optimisation Maturity Lead, you'll play a crucial role, shaping our process framework, helping the organization identify areas for improvement and guiding them towards efficient world-class processes.

What you'll be doing:
- Create the process framework for AXA Health documenting processes at all levels
- Collaborate with colleagues across AXA to mature the operational excellence framework and unlock the value contained
- Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns and utilise analytical tools and methodologies
- Demonstrate creativity in your approach to problemsolving, exploring innovative solutions to challenges and identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Conduct research and benchmarking activities to stay aware of industry best practices and emerging trends
- Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation and present findings and updates to the project team and stakeholders as required
- Proactively develop your skill set and industry knowledge, seeking opportunities for professional growth
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used for analysis and decisionmaking, maintaining high standards of quality in all deliverables
About you:
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as an analyst within an operational excellence design and optimisation setting
- Selfdriven and motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes
- Ability to articulate complex concepts and facilitate discussions with a diverse audience
- Experience of creating process frameworks and knowledge of various models
- Creative outlook and a willingness to explore new approaches to design and optimization settings
- Experience of using process management/modelling tools and methodologies (ARIS desirable)
- Knowledge of operational excellence methodology and maturity approaches
- Understanding of process mapping standards e.g. BPMN2 and industry best practice
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
