About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Analyst to join our Finance Transformation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering our Finance transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map, re-design, and document processes and controls to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Collaborate with process and control owners in Finance to limit demands on their time
  • Work closely with the Finance Project Manager to implement process and control improvements, including automation
  • Interact with other teams across the business, with predominant engagement with Financial Control, Billing & Credit, Procurement, and Management Reporting teams

  • Engaging with Finance professionals to accurately document, improve, and maintain policies and procedures
  • Identifying control weaknesses and their remediation through the design and implementation of effective controls
  • Improving efficiency through the standardisation and automation of Finance activities
What Excites Us
  • Performance Improvement, Finance Transformation, Internal control assurance, or Operational Finance background in a Big 4 consultancy
  • Solid understanding of Finance operations, processes, and the role of IT systems
  • Qualified accountant or highly proficient in financial and management accounting
  • Expertise in the application of financial control frameworks and skilled in designing, implementing, and testing the effectiveness of controls
  • Skilled in tackling big problems with a structured approach
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to bring the cross-functional team together
  • Self-sufficient and able to plan and prioritise work with minimal supervision
