Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational execution of BDR processes and lead a team of BDR specialists and engineers to ensure Ekco consistently delivers high-quality BDR services, enhancing our reputation as a trusted leader in the industry.
  • People Management: Set, track, and deliver objectives and OKRs to ensure high performance.
  • MI and Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the operational performance of BDR services and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Leadership and Support: Provide leadership and support to the BDR team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration with a focus on quality.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process and technology improvements to enhance operational performance.
  • Reporting Performance: Monitor and report on the performance of BDR systems and operations.

Requirements

  • Strong project management and organisational abilities.
