They are now looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join the team based in Corby, Northamptonshire – this position is a hybrid role with at-least 3 days in the office. The successful candidate will need to have excellent knowledge supporting Windows & Microsoft Servers/applications.
Position Overview
- Providing support & troubleshooting for all IT related issues, from in-house systems, MS Office, & network issues
- Installing and configuring HW/SW & New equipment
- Firewall / Router configurations
- Ensuring IT issues are resolved within a timely manner
- Supporting Microsoft & Windows operating systems
Position Requirements
- At-least 2 years experience in IT Support & supporting Windows Servers
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 & applications
- Active Directory / Group Policy / DHS / DHCP Knowledge
- Experience in Firewalls / Routers / Networking & troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, hard-working with a passion for IT
Position Remuneration
- Monday to Friday
- 22 Days Holiday plus bank holidays (increase to 27 days after 5 years)
