AV Infrastructure Engineer

At Jago Consultants, we are seeking an experienced AV Infrastructure Engineer to join our team based in Corby, Northamptonshire. This is a hybrid role with at least 3 days in the office, requiring excellent knowledge of supporting Windows & Microsoft Servers/applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for all IT-related issues, from in-house systems, MS Office, and network issues.
  • Install and configure hardware and software, as well as new equipment.
  • Configure firewalls and routers.
  • Ensure IT issues are resolved within a timely manner.
  • Support Microsoft and Windows operating systems.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support and supporting Windows Servers.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and applications.
  • Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP knowledge.
  • Experience in firewalls, routers, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Reliable, hard-working, and passionate about IT.
