AV Infrastructure Engineer

At Jago Consultants, we are seeking an experienced AV Infrastructure Engineer to join our team based in Corby, Northamptonshire. This hybrid role requires at least 3 days in the office and involves providing support and troubleshooting for all IT-related issues, from in-house systems to network issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure hardware and software, as well as new equipment
  • Configure firewalls and routers
  • Ensure IT issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Support Microsoft and Windows operating systems
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support and supporting Windows Servers
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and applications
  • Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP knowledge
  • Experience in firewalls, routers, networking, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, hard-working, and passionate about IT
