We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who is social media-focused and can help to grow our accounts and create engaging content.

The role will also include providing marketing and administrative support for their teams to help accomplish various goals and drive our brands forward.


Here's a list of some of the duties you will be undertaking:

  • Creative content production
  • create beautiful images, videos, and graphic content to be used across all platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Conduct thorough research on industryrelated topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop content strategies and brainstorm new ideas.
  • Daytoday running of social media accounts.
  • Interact with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Edit and proofread content and other marketing materials to ensure high quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Support with the organisation and coordination of marketing, commercial, and education events, such as conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Communicate with clients, customers, and external agencies.
  • The chance to attend national and international events related to our global haircare brands.
  • Influencer marketing

SKILLS

  • Relevant industry experience and/or a degree or qualification in Marketing.
  • Creative mindset and excellent digital design skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and relevant scheduling software.
  • Experience using website content management systems (CMS).
  • Good attention to detail and highly organised.
  • Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and personable to engage with colleagues, customers, and suppliers at all levels.
  • Selfmotivated with a positive attitude.
  • Full UK driving licence with occasional requirement to travel to events and conferences; confidence to drive a small van is desirable.
  • Competent with marketing software packages such as Canva and Adobe.

Holiday Allowance:

  • 25 days plus bank holidays

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 8:15am 5:15pm, Friday 8:15am 16:15pm
