Marketing Coordinator Opportunity at Lovell Homes

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Lovell Homes, a leading provider of mixed tenure affordable homes. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting the sales team with digital and e-marketing strategies, coordinating leads and databases, and planning and managing marketing campaigns for our new build housing developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in developing and implementing digital and e-marketing strategies
  • Coordinate leads and databases to ensure effective communication and follow-up
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns for new build housing developments, including portal and website management
  • Contribute to the promotion of social value-related activities, such as community and educational engagement events
  • Collaborate with the Regional Managing Director and Head of Sales to achieve marketing goals
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a recognized marketing qualification
  • Good knowledge of social value activities and management
  • Competency in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Desirable: knowledge of the new build housing industry
