We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Lovell, a leading provider of mixed tenure affordable homes. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting the sales team with Digital & E-Marketing strategies, coordinating leads and database, and planning and managing marketing campaigns for our new build housing developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in developing and implementing Digital & E-Marketing strategies
  • Coordinate leads and database management
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns for new build housing developments
  • Set up new development sales suites
  • Produce brochures, CGI, and site layouts
  • Support PR marketing, communication, and promotional activities
  • Provide general administrative assistance to office personnel

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Recognised Marketing qualification
  • Good knowledge of social value activities and management
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
