Service Administrator required for large company who are based on the outskirts of Irvine.

This is a temporary role to begin with however should turn into a permanent role for the right person.

Please note public transport is very limited so your own transport would be an advantage.

Hours are Monday to Friday office hours.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Number 1 in phone answering duty, aim to answer in 3 rings.
  • Handling Service Department inbox including, Repairs and Parts Enquiries
  • Completing and dispatching quotes
  • Followup quotes
  • Booking Engineer Travel Accommodation
  • Filing Duties
  • Transport Packs
  • Maintenance of inhouse operating system.
  • Updating customer records

Skills and attributes required:

General office experience

Good Clerical skills

Keyboarding, Filing, Numeracy & Literacy skills,

Good Geographical knowledge


During times of annual leave (particularly the Service Coordinator) the Administrator would be required to support and cover roles in the office and would need to work paid overtime to ensure office support is maintained.


Salary:
£11.50-£12.50 per hour
