Contract Scotland has an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client's team within the Ayrshire area.

This is an urgent requirement with an ASAP start date.

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with Customers, actioning all queries/complaints
  • Coordinating weekly reports
  • Scheduling all appointments for any work that needs to be carried out with both the Customer and the Site team
  • Customer care and aftercare

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary, Contract

Salary:
£12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
