Lowmac Alloys Limited is an established business with over 40 years' experience in waste management services including trade waste, skip hire, hazardous waste, secure shredding, scrap metal and plant hire.
We are excited to bring a full-time permanent Office Administrator to join our small but busy finance team based at our Irvine site within North Ayrshire.
You will join us at an exciting time, with rapid growth in recent years we are working on ensuring that this continues through our innovative approaches in all areas of our business.
Duties and Responsibilities
As an Office Administration assistant duties will include but are not limited to:
- Responding to questions and requests for information
- Administration of the Midsoft system
- Process delivery notes and tickets accurately and efficiently
- Create various reports on Microsoft excel
- Checking reports for errors before invoicing
- Liaising with staff regarding reporting errors in paperwork and our systems
- Process paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Work on the Weighbridge during periods of sickness and annual leave
- Various other duties as required
- An ability to multitask
- Confident and positive personality
- Microsoft office proficient particularly in Excel, Outlook and Word
Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience is desirable for this role, but training will be provided.
Lowmac is more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude that's ready to move forward with their career.
