Key responsibilities will include:

1) Participate in monthly audits and checks on equipment

2) Review billing instructions and ensure rates on all invoices are correct, if not liaise with the relevant departments to make the necessary amendments

3) Check clients have sufficient funds to cover all costs and if not liaising with the credit control departments

4) Present bills to the necessary managers to review and confirm and challenge any additional charges

5) Reconciliation of commission claims

6) Dealing with internal and external queries

7) Escalating any complaints to the relevant Department Manager ASAP

8) Filing invoices, archiving and photo-copying

9) Assisting the finance manager with their day to day tasks

10) General administrative support to the finance team

11) Strong IT skills especially with Microsoft Excel
