POSITION
OVERVIEW

We have an exciting opportunity for a
dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London as our
Duty Manager.

The Duty Manager is responsible for
representing the hotel as management in the absence of the General Manager and
Leadership team and will ensure the safe and secure running of the hotel. You
will ensure there is a visual management presence at all times, in particular
with VIP arrivals and special events, and manage all aspects of guest
complaints or concerns, doing your best to achieve a positive outcome and
experience for both guests and colleagues alike. You will be working closely
with the General Manager and Senior Leadership team, ensuring the hotel is
operating to the highest standards and addressing any areas in need of development.
Most importantly, you will demonstrate consistency with excellent service and
aid in creating moments of magic and elegance for our guests.

ENTRY
REQUIREMENTS

Two years of hotel Front of House experienceQualification
in Hospitality studies, degree standard or similar preferred Relevant
experience in a 5* property is highly desirable Excellent
customer service skills Possess the
ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills Great command
of the English language, both spoken and written Display a
polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
