As an Adult Social Care Access Officer, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive telephony and electronic front door service, acting as the first point of contact for all adult social care enquiries.

Your role will be to resolve these enquiries, ensuring that the company's vision of a seamless local front door service delivery is achieved.

Take ownership and responsibility for a wide variety of enquiries received from the public, both over the phone and electronically
Deliver excellent customer care standards, maintain a high quality and professional service
Communicate effectively via the telephone, along with the ability to input information into our customer's data system and have experience of updating and retrieving data from IT systems, including proficiency with Microsoft Office including databases
Experience in a health or social care setting and have good time management skills and be able to work in a pressurised environment
Ability to quickly evaluate situations, identify risk, and initiate appropriate actions
Knowledge of the Care Act 2014; Experience working with Adult Social Care
Contract Details
This is a Non-Qualified Role for an initial 3 months with the view of extension.
