The service's main objectives are:

As the service is expanding, we are looking for more staff to join our team.

M&C Home Support Ltd is looking to hire dedicated, compassionate, kind, friendly staff with a professional approach towards the team and clients.


Job description

  • To demonstrate high standard of care practice to the team and clients.
  • To follow weekly rota to ensure continuity of delivery of care.
  • To deliver personal care to our clients, ensuring Person-Centred Plan is followed.
  • To promote independent living skills of each client, whenever possible.
  • To administer medication, if required, as per support plan. Furthermore, records of administration need to be accurate and detailed.
  • To attend and book clients' medical appointments.
  • To follow health and safety and infection control policies and procedures at all times.
  • To ensure all equipment at client's home is well maintained and cleaned after each use.
  • To support clients with meal preparations and regular fluid intake.
  • To update clients' daily records to keep track of their progress.
  • To assist with maintenance of cleanliness, repairs and decor of the home.
  • To participate in regular one to one and staff meetings to assess performance and career development.
  • Have previous experience in care (preferable).
  • Have great communicational skills.
  • Have right to work in the UK (evidence needs to be shown, if successful).
  • Be flexible in hours of operation.

Job Type:
Part-time

Salary:
£13.00-£15.00 per hour
