We are working with an exciting insurance firm who are looking for a Company Secretarial Administrator in London.
This role will provide effective administrative service to the Legal Director and Company Secretaries within the firm, assisting with the support of 20+ corporate entities and 140+ board and committee meetings per year.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Maintains hard copy and electronic files for Legal and Co-Sec.
- Summarises key contract terms in the databases.
- Minute taking and meeting support when necessary.
- Assisting with Agenda preparation and annual board planning.
- Communicates with the team on workloads and priorities.
Requirements for the Role:
- Minimum 18 months experience needed.
- Previous experience with corporate or legal record management preferred electronic filing, summarising key terms, record maintenance.
- Excellent organisational skills including, multiuser calendar, diary and meeting management.
- Takes ownership and responsibility for tasks and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
