Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Secretary to join our in-house legal team at Sellick Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our General Counsel & Company Secretary and assisting with a range of company secretarial duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of meeting materials, including agendas and action logs, to ensure seamless execution of board and committee meetings.
  • Compiling and reviewing board and committee packs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Taking efficient and accurate minutes of board and committee meetings to facilitate decision-making.
  • Managing companies house and other statutory filings, as well as associated administrative tasks, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaising regularly with our leadership team across the Group in the UK and globally to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting company secretarial duties, including corporate governance and compliance.
  • ICSa qualifications (partial or full) and/or equivalent experience.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
