About the Opportunity:


We are looking for a highly strategic employee experience professional to lead our innovative and growing Employee Experience team in the London office.

As part of this dynamic team, you will contribute to the success of several major accounts and work with some of the field's most forward-thinking leaders.


  • It's not the corporate, consulting, or public relations agency experience you have that's most important for this role, but rather what you have done to demonstrate your ability to think creatively, advise Csuite level clients through tough challenges, and develop a team that drives growth.
  • While there is no "typical day" at Edelman, your time here will expose you to a variety of disciplines within the company as you help shape integrated solutions collaboratively with colleagues from across different Edelman practices.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Advising C-suite level clients on the people challenges of large-scale business change
  • Partnering with leaders and colleagues from other practices, markets, and lines of business within the firm to create integrated solutions that bring the best of Edelman to client challenges
  • Leading teams in the delivery and management of consulting assignments
  • Creating tools and methodologies that evolve the Employee Experience practice capabilities
  • Deploying the full range of Edelman insights and IP to offer clients a fully integrated and data driven capabilities
  • Driving new business opportunities for the business through organic client related activities and net new business opportunities
  • Developing a strategy to drive the next stage of growth for the UK Corporate team
  • Identifying and attracting the brightest industry talent; retaining and developing employees through mentoring, motivation, feedback, and learning & development opportunities
