As our
Senior Employee Experience Partner (d/f/m), you will be part of our People Experience function, reporting directly into our Head of Employer Brand & Experience.

You will help build a world leading employee experience, weaving our values and operating principles throughout our critical touch-points at a company level at scale, that places Personio as one of the best technology employers in the world.


You will be working together with the CPeO and People, Workplace & IT leadership team, to help further develop, refine and bring to life our Personio employer value proposition and Personio Code to produce measurable results across all our people experience touchpoints.


You'll drive the thinking, planning, and execution of how we bring our Personio moments to life that reflect our value proposition as of today, evolving it for tomorrow.

Furthermore, you will work to surface the strategic company themes for the year ahead and weave these into all of your activities, and in partnership with other internal facing teams.

This is a role for someone who has extensive strategy creation experience in culture development and activation, who can also turn actionable plans into delivery.

You will work in close tandem with Recruitment Marketing to jointly own our EB end to end.

**Your Tasks and Responsibilities Will Include: - Develop and own Personio's people experience journey, as part of our overall employer value proposition (EVP) bringing our Personio Code to tangibly to life

  • Work side by side with our PW&I leadership team and CEO Office to continue to iterate and improve our post hire EVP, all with measurable impact and results e.g. employee advocacy, intention to stay, recognition for impact, unwanted attrition
  • Create and deliver an ambitious multitiered approach that strengthens Personio as one of the top technology companies in the world
  • Build and execute complex people experience roadmap that is more than just events, elevating our thinking and aligning it with our company strategy & ambitions
  • Collaborate with peers in Employer Brand / PW&I sub teams to create and prioritise needle moving actions, that supports company strategic goals and growth plans
  • Own and deliver our most important annual company event, All Company Culture Week, working closely with the CEO, CPeO and others
  • Work together with Workplace and local leaders to develop playbooks to reinforce Personio culture across all offices and remote, but always with a local identity
  • Formulate new creative perspectives for our employer brand activation internally by bringing innovative thought leadership, drawing on future trends and technology,
  • Facilitate company wide strategic review and analysis of our EVP and Personio Code to ensure we adapt as we grow, and translate this clearly to leaders and employees
  • Manage your budget effectively, and with the ability to influence senior stakeholders for investment with measurable ROI based on employee engagement and retention

What you need to succeed:

  • You have led employer brand internally, employee engagement or people experience with a companywide impact as part of world leading brands, ideally technology based (minimum 710 years of experience)
  • Extensive proven impact in shaping creative and innovative EVP and culture based strategies across EMEA, North America or beyond, in a fastpaced hyper growth environment
  • You have indepth knowledge of building eye catching, authentic employer brands to built strong advocacy and engagement, plus a focus on productivity
  • You are technically competent managing significant budget investments, measuring ROI and adjusting plans realtime to maximize impact
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel, executing on time and within significant budget you're accountable for
  • You operate with a data first approach, measuring their impact with clear analytics and benchmarks, plus insights to inform future plans
  • Outstanding communication skills, in written and presentation formats, with the ability to Influence others up to and include our Executive Team
  • You demonstrate solid judgement, always operating with high integrity and balanced rationale taking all factors into consideration to make the best business decisions
