To achieve this we're looking for an Employee Experience and Culture Lead to directly support our VP of Learning and Culture with a disruptive and creative approach to curating an outstanding experience and engagement strategy You will be accountable for the construction and implementation of our employee experience strategy and to build and embed a growth-oriented, energised, inclusive culture.

Demonstrating best practices to develop tools, and methodology to equip the People Partner community and leaders to enhance employee engagement and continue to build an unparalleled experience throughout our community life cycle.


What you'll do:

  • Strategy: Lead on the development of a multiyear Culture and Employee Experience Strategy with the goal of crafting the best experience in the industry. Keep abreast of current trends and methodologies in experience and engagement and recommend new insights that align with the Organisation's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values
  • Oversee the design and delivery of employee engagement & extended workforce programs in collaboration with functional teams, including Miro values/ Miro Behaviours related initiatives, continuous listening, roadshows, employee recognition and CSR
  • Partner with relevant colleagues on strategies that have a significant employee engagement element, e.g. wellbeing, D&I. Also support the cascade of employee communications from the ESG team on sustainability when established
  • Surveys: Design, execute, and report on all key employee listening tools for Miro including pulse, onboarding and exit surveys and else
  • Data & Insights: Combine data insights with an outstanding storytelling ability to communicate strategy, survey results, and performance of engagement programs. Work with our customer experience team to understand, report, and action on the relationship between our employee experience and the customer experience
  • Communication & Training: Build communication plans and support HRBPs to interpret results and implement action plans. Create executive communications on culture, employee experience, and engagement topics. Develop training to help our leaders effectively take action against the insights provided

Process Development:
Build and administer efficient programs that provide services, amenities and tools to increase engagement, recognition, and retention.

  • Analyze and improve programs and processes within the talent lifecycle to improve employee experience and productivity

What you'll need:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in building, implementing and managing employee surveys and action planning processes
  • Experience with utilising design thinking to build HR programs focused on improving the employee experience
  • Demonstrated ability developing a strategy focused on measuring the employee experience across different stages of the employee lifecycle
