Job Description

The Customer Service Manager ensures customers receive exceptional on-time services and leads local customer service initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

  • Focus on team development to enhance Customer Service Team capabilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is the top priority
  • Collaborate with customers to boost satisfaction and optimize efficiency
  • Oversee Order To Cash (OTC) BPO processes
  • Analyze data for performance monitoring and improvement planning
  • Implement customer service procedures and seek continuous improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Manager to align department plans with overall objectives
  • Establish customer service procedures and standards
  • Evaluate external customer satisfaction and drive improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Must have:

  • Demonstrable experience in Supply Chain and Order Management
  • Previous People Management experience
  • Knowledge of Order to Cash processes
  • Understanding of EDI systems
  • Strong data analysis and reporting abilities
  • High-level Customer Focus and exemplary Customer Service skills
  • Proven Project Management skills
  • Ability to strategize and lead
  • FMCG supply chain exposure

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of warehouse & distribution networks

Additional Information

Your role will involve a mix of remote work, as well as being present in Banbury and Maidenhead.
