This is a fantastic opportunity for dedicated individuals to join a small and growing team at CJP Outreach Services. The role involves providing high-quality, compassionate care to a young woman transitioning to her own home after an extended hospital stay. Various support positions are available, including daytime and waking night shifts.
As part of a female-only support team, you will work closely with the young woman, her support network, and healthcare professionals. Experience with complex trauma, dissociation, self-harm, and other related issues is beneficial but not mandatory. Training will be provided to support the individual's specific needs.
About the Candidate: The ideal candidate should be a car driver as the individual aspires to have mobility independence. An interest in animals, nature, music, and documentaries is a plus. The candidate must be active, enjoy long walks, and support participation in various sporting activities.
