Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise a team of head coaches and volunteers
  • Plan and execute fun and interactive multisports activities for children
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the holiday club
  • Manage daytoday operations, including scheduling and logistics including signing in and out participants,
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other members of the team
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team to deliver an exceptional experience

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in organizing and leading holiday camps is preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with children and creating a positive impact
  • First Aid and safeguarding qualifications are essential
  • DBS is essential (Can be attained through First Kick)
