About the Job and Company:
The Marketing & Innovation (M&I) team drives the growth strategy of Rentokil Initial Group in Pest and Hygiene Categories. They handle all Marketing and Innovation tasks, from branding to product innovations and regulatory programs. The focus is on digital marketing, covering various aspects like customer experience, digital content, and paid advertising.
- The Digital Marketing Team responsibilities include:
- 'Fit for purpose' digital estate maintenance
- Alignment with RI's business strategy
- Organic growth emphasis and optimizing digital channels
- The team works on Data & Analytics, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, CRM, User Experience, Platforms & Deployment, and Market Liaison, executed by a team of 30-40 professionals.
Key Requirements:
- Implementing new products and upgrades via CMS like Magnolia, Sitecore, and Wordpress
- Supporting SEO, Data, and content management tasks
- Assisting in testing and launching new product features across markets
- Maintaining the Digital Marketing Technology Stack
- Driving web performance enhancements
- Ensuring site quality prior to launch
- Supporting Product Development Changes
- Conducting Magnolia training for markets
- Leading new brand acquisitions in Magnolia
- Collaborating with teams on QA and support processes
- Utilizing Jira for agile project management
Required Qualifications:
Minimum degree level qualification in Marketing, Digital, IT, or equivalent
