Duties include:

  • Checking in and checking out our guests using OnQ system.
  • Proactively responding to guest queries and complaints
  • Communicating with other departments and sharing information e.g arrivals, departures, special requirements etc
  • Taking payments from our guests, both cash card
  • Introducing our guests to a wide range of Hilton benefits
  • Enthusiastic, approachable, and friendly character
  • Previous experience within a hotel environment or customer service role preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and IT skills
  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • Willingness to learn new skills
