Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Lounge Receptionist to provide exceptional service to our esteemed clientele.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our prestigious lounges, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience: Escort first-class passengers to their designated seating areas, providing personalized attention and assistance throughout their journey.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver a consistently high level of customer care, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, and resolving any issues with efficiency and grace.
  • Lounge Management: Maintain an organized and well-stocked lounge environment, ensuring adequate supplies of reading materials and refreshments are readily available.
  • Feedback & Communication: Actively gather customer feedback to enhance service quality and effectively communicate guest requests and concerns to relevant teams.
  • Teamwork & Support: Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues, assisting in various reception areas as needed, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Your Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar reception role within a high-end hospitality setting.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proven ability to build rapport and provide personalized attention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
