Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their experience is positive and memorable.
  • Greet and assist First Class passengers, guiding them to their designated seating areas within the lounge.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of lounge facilities, access policies, and procedures to effectively answer guest inquiries.
  • Manage and replenish magazines and newspapers, ensuring they are current and readily available for guests.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in basic PC/Internet troubleshooting to assist guests with any technical issues.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with SIA representatives to manage any irregular operations involving customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by assisting colleagues and fostering strong working relationships.
