Big London is currently on the lookout for an Executive Assistant to provide support to the Leadership Team of our London office.

As an Executive Assistant supporting the Leadership Team in London, your role will involve managing the daily schedules, ensuring timeliness and readiness for each day's activities. We are seeking an individual who is organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, possessing exceptional communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.


You will engage closely with other BIG executives to schedule both internal and external meetings, requiring adept prioritization, multitasking, and communication abilities to navigate through busy schedules effectively. The role demands a personable individual capable of building strong relationships across all levels of seniority, both internally and externally, while handling sensitive information with utmost discretion.


While focusing primarily on supporting the Leadership Team, you will also play a significant part in the wider Operations team, collaborating with other Executive Assistants locally in London and globally.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Successfully managing busy and ever-changing calendars
  • Coordinating travel itineraries and acquiring visas
  • Cultivating relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders
  • Arranging logistics for internal meetings and external events
  • Offering administrative support and occasional personal assistance

We are looking for someone with:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational background
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe is a bonus
  • A composed demeanor and keen attention to detail
  • A preference for a dynamic, fast-paced, and creative setting
  • A proactive, organized mindset with a balance of big-picture perspective and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
