They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Director to join their team and drive client relationships to the next level.


Role Overview:


As an Account Director, you will primarily focus on new business development, identifying and securing new enterprise clients to expand our client's portfolio.

In addition to acquiring new business, you will also be responsible for growing existing accounts by understanding their needs and ensuring the successful delivery of software asset management and ITAM solutions.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

nNew Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client's customer base. Develop and execute strategies to secure new

enterprise

clients

nClient Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Understand their business needs and objectives to deliver tailored software asset management and ITAM solutions.

nStrategic Planning:
Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans that drive business outcomes and align with their goals

nAccount Growth:
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling software asset management and ITAM solutions. Drive revenue growth within existing client relationships.

nProject Oversight:
Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, deadlines, and budget requirements

nTeam Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

nReporting:
Provide regular reports on account status, progress, and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

nProven experience in a similar role within the technology or services sector, WITH experience in software asset management/ITAM and enterprise sales.nStrong understanding of client management, new business development, and strategic planning.nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.nAbility to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.nProven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.nAbility to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage client expectations.
