This is a superb opportunity to join a market leading company based in Bristol.

With an established reputation for strong service delivery, our Client, is looking for a Customer Service Training Lead to design and build a training framework that will, specifically to support their customer service operation.

This will help support the organisations company care principles by providing an excellent training program, ensuring all employees get the relevant career development.

Your core role will require you to

  • Design, build and deliver the customer service training plan.
  • Working with the customer service team, observing tasks and seek to process map each work activity.
  • Test the process maps drafted on customer service specialists to ensure all aspects of each process have been documented.
  • Draft training documentation, including slides, quick reference guides etc. to ensure effective delivery of training material to the customer service team.
  • In conjunction with the appropriate staff members, assist in delivering technical training.
  • Design and create a new joiner training program.
  • Design and create a refresher training program.
  • Working with the leadership team, keep the customer service skills matrix up to date.
Essentially you will consider yourself a

  • Passionate about developing others and be able to inspire your trainees to be as enthusiastic and committed as yourself.
  • Experienced in learning and development theory and also have the practical expertise of, rolling out and delivery of training programs.
  • To have a good understanding of the current learning trends and innovations in the training profession.
Knowledge and experience in creating an L&D training framework essential.

This role would initially be a 12 month contract with the potential to go permanent.
